New Team Record, Multiple 1st Overall Finishes

Our Paragon Swim Team had a great championship meet at Junior STAGS. Fourteen athletes raced over the weekend, and many of them dropped time in their events. Emma earned herself another STAGS cut and Caden won the 500 Free! A special congratulations goes out to Caleb Manifold, who achieved STAGS cuts in four events, broke a team record in the 100 Butterfly, and won the 50 Free, 100 Free, and 100 Fly overall!

Team Paragon athletes racing on Sunday were Andrew Joy, Thomas Willmott, and Kelsey Kohler for the Be My Valentine 5k and Half Marathon. Kohler crossed finish line first for females in the Half Marathon! Willmott came in fourth for the men in the Half Marathon. And, Joy came in 2nd overall in the 5k!

Jessica De Los Santos ran a solid 18 miles on Saturday in Arizona, including 13.1 miles of tempo work at the Mesa Half Marathon race. The race was part of a progression long run in her build for this year's Boston Marathon.
