Winning is a Mindset, Not a Spot on the Podium
The intermediate level plan is made for athlete's who want to PR but can't quit their day job. This is our most versatile plan as it will work well for a 12-16 hour finisher who wants to improve their time OR a fast age grouper who has limited time to train & needs every session to count. The workouts are detailed & structured so that no training session goes wasted.

"As far as the program is concerned, I could not be happier. I can honestly say that I am race ready not just to finish but to PR. I can literally see improvement not just in my speed but in how I feel and how confident I am. A full IM is a long race and lots of things can happen. Should I not hit my target time, it won't be because of the plan but because of my own race execution."

If you are a serious triathlete who is interested in PRing your next race and doing it well, this is the plan for you. It delivers exactly what it promises and then some. I just finished IM Cozumel 2020 and I have never felt fitter, stronger, or more confident going into a race. I PRed my full IM with time to spare and, not only that, I was able to race injury- and pain-free. My recovery time was also significantly reduced and I am ready to go do it again. The time commitment is lower than other plans I have followed before because the intensity is a little higher during the week but it is still very manageable. Plus, you get to have more family time (which was important for me). The strength component is amazing. You can do it with some basic gym equipment and it does not take much time at all. It is also a key part of the program as I am convinced it helped me cure some chronic issues I had for years like runner’s knee, and it allowed me to train and race without any physical problems. In short, if you are not a newcomer and you want to be stronger and faster in your next IM, then this plan will get you there. It works. Five stars.
This was my second time using this program and I was able to get a massive 30-minute PR at IMTX. Since I had already used it, I knew how to make it fit into my life so that I could get the most out of it. And for the second time, this program delivered. I could not be happier with my performance and my results. I felt strong throughout the race and hit all my pace goals without any problems. The full distance is difficult and it requires time and discipline, so if you can provide those, this program will take you the rest of the way.
I cannot recommend Paragon Training and their services enough. I went from not being able to run a mile to losing 30lbs, finishing my first Half & Full Ironman in just a year.
These plans are perfect for anyone whether you are a beginner, like me, or an advanced triathlete with many years under your belt. The workouts all sync to your watch and are very detailed.
