Plan Overview

  • Specific to Advanced runners who have been affected by recent race postponements
  • Shift primary focus from tempo and intervals to supporting activities of mobility, strength, skills, & force.
  • Focus on short intensity and consistent aerobic endurance
  • Athletes who purchase this plan should already be able to run for two hours at a consistent pace
  • 6 days a week of running with Sunday off day

  • GPS smart watch
  • Strength step, stool, chair, curb, or stairs
