Plan Overview
- Specific to Beginner runners who have been affected by recent race postponements
- Shift primary focus from tempo and intervals to supporting activities of mobility, strength, skills, & force.
- Focus on intensity rather than duration
- 4 days a week of running with Sunday off day

I loved this plan! It helped me develop a running routine while also making sure that I am doing strength training and stretching all of which helped me enjoy my runs without backpain and lots of core strength. The coach uploads the program on my Training Peaks and I all have to do is to see what is on schedule that day and execute without worrying about whether I am training right, too little, or too much!
In addition, the coach was always available via email and answered my questions in great detail. I highly recommend it to those who want to build a solid running base without pain.
